Lamia Anwar Shama

Communications Intern

Lamia Anwar Shama joined the Global Partnership for Zero Leprosy as a Communications Intern in November 2021. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Development Practice at Emory University. Prior to joining GPZL, Lamia worked for DAI and ACDI/VOCA on USAID-funded market systems programs in Bangladesh, focusing on agriculture, livestock, and nutrition. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
